Design home oxygen generator?

How does home oxygen generator work
Atmospheric air consists of approximately 80% nitrogen and 20% oxygen. An oxygen concentrator uses ambient air as a source of oxygen by separating these two components. It utilises the property of zeolite granules to selectively absorb nitrogen from compressed air.
Atmospheric air is entrained by the concentrator, filtered and raised [...]

Where can I buy small canisters of medical Oxygen for emergency use?

A visitor I am expecting from abroad occasionally suffers from shortness of breath at night. He will, I believe, not be allowed to take his emergency supply of Oxygen with him when he flies, so I would like some in the house, just in case.

What are the different wet capacities of oxygen tanks?

Is the wet capacity of an oxygen tank the same with other cylinders (i.e. acetylene cylinder, SCUBA cylinder)?
It isn’t obvious what ‘wet capacity’ means in this context. Oxygen is stored at much higher pressure (2200 psi) than air in SCUBA tanks (200 psi I think) or acetylene (dissolved in acetone, a few dozen psi)

would i be required to bring along an oxygen mask if i go parachuting?

I’ll be at relatively high altitudes, so oxygen will be almost depleted to a bare minimum. How urgent is it for me to bring along an oxygen mask?
When parachuting you will not be high enough to require oxygen, the average height fot jumping is 10,000 feet deploying the parachute at about 3,500 feet.
If you stayed [...]
