In generating oxygen from hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), what other substances are in the generator? Would it be Hydrogen?
The gas produced is oxygen. Usually this is done with a catalyst, MnO2, and that would be left in the generator.

They can be bought from a medical supply company. They run about $1,000 plus or minus. They work by pulling oxygen out of the air.
PS, you can find them in the newspaper as well under medical equipment.
