    My sister was just diagnosed with CH and she goes through what you are going through everyday. I am so sad and don’t know what to do.

    Maybe I’m telling you something you already know, but oxygen is most effective when it is used at the first sign of a cluster, and used without interruption. I also suggest using a larger bag on the non-rebreather and a flow of 12-15 lpm.

    0.1% of the population… that is us!! It is said to be the most painful affliction you can get…period. Unless you are a sufferer thank GOD you will never feel this pain!!! step 1-Get an oxygen tank !!
    step -2 wikipedia section 5 ” non-established and research approches!! 20+ yrs. I’ve tried it all!! this works!! usually 2 doses a couple days apart. If they reoccur hit it again! Hang in there!! helps on the way!! I hope it works for you also!! 2 months now CH free!! a must 4 chronic sufferer
